Following a successful Urgent Capital Support bid, refurbishment works were carried out to address a range of urgent condition issues. The project included roof maintenance, window and cladding replacement, fire safety improvements, concrete repairs and associated M&E works.

We supported a secondary school with the refurbishment of its existing hall into a permanent dining space, alongside the creation of a new purpose-built hall with stage and an extension providing a new activities studio.

We supported a refurbishment to convert an unused former family room into a purpose-designed nursery space, creating nine new places for children aged 0–2.

We supported the delivery of a new four-court netball MUGA for a school, creating a flexible outdoor sports facility for pupils and wider school use.
