Hadleigh Wells
Director | Senior Project Manager
Hadleigh is an experienced Project and Programme Manager with a strong track record in delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes. He recently completed a nationally recognised £50M / c.25,000m² new-build school programme for Somerset County Council, incorporating multiple schools, leisure facilities, swimming pools and NHS spaces.
He is currently delivering refurbishment and redevelopment projects within the education sector for a range of clients.
Hadleigh’s experience spans the full project lifecycle — from early feasibility and business case development through Government funding bids, procurement and contract close, implementation and post-completion review.
Lee McEvans
Director | Senior Project Manager
Lee is a PRINCE2-qualified Project Management Practitioner and Director, delivering a wide range of projects with a primary focus on school estates in both new sites and live operational environments. He ensures projects are completed to programme while meeting key milestones agreed with project sponsors and client teams.
Lee works with stakeholders at all levels — from Directors and CEOs to operational and site staff — managing expectations and communication to keep projects moving smoothly. He has overseen the delegation of £178m of funding to schools and has managed construction budgets ranging from £500K to £10m, balancing cost, quality and safety throughout project delivery.
Marie Clucus
Director | Senior Project Manager
Marie is a Chartered Project Professional and Director at WMC Partnership Limited, bringing extensive experience delivering construction projects within the education sector. Marie oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and stakeholder engagement through to completion and handover, ensuring compliance, quality and cost efficiency at every stage.
Recognised for her ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, Marie combines meticulous attention to detail with proactive problem-solving and a client-focused approach. Her track record demonstrates a commitment to creating safe, functional, and inspiring learning environments through effective project management and collaborative leadership.
Carol Bond
Project Manager
Carol joined the team in 2018 as a Project Manager, brining over 30 years of Project Management experience. She has managed a large number of Condition Improvement Funding Projects, alongside providing advice as a Technical Consultant.
She has managed some of our larger projects during her time with us, and she looks forward to managing many more.
Simon Hanbridge-Moore
Accounts Assistant
Simon has been working with the team since 2023, bringing a wealth of experience. He is AAT qualified and previously spent over 16 years working in administration, building management and accounts at a Jaguar Land Rover franchise.
Philippa Davies
Assistant Project Manager
Phillipa brings over 20 years’ of experience supporting and managing projects across the public and third sectors.
Her background includes working on complex environmental, heritage, and infrastructure programmes, giving her a strong foundation in governance, coordination, and delivering compliant projects. She now applies this experience to supporting projects across education, healthcare, and wider public sector settings.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with Ludwell Life, which is a community-led initiative that allows her to be part of a practical, grassroots project that brings people together and makes a tangible difference. She also loves going to Glastonbury Festival.
