What is 3D Scanning
3D scanning digitally captures a building, site or space to create an accurate visual record that can be viewed, shared and used for planning. Using Matterport, drone surveys and Insta360, we can create interactive walkthroughs, aerial views and detailed site information to support projects from the earliest stages.
These outputs can be shared with architects, consultants and contractors to reduce site visits, support tender packs and improve project coordination. They can also be used for transition projects, healthcare navigation, community spaces, estate agency marketing and condition surveys of hard-to-access areas such as roofs, skylights, plant, solar panels and gutters.

Transition Projects
Transitioning from primary to secondary school can feel daunting for both students and parents. Our transition projects are designed to make this process smoother by giving upcoming students the opportunity to explore key areas of the school before they attend in person.
Using 3D scanning, we capture important spaces across the campus so students can familiarise themselves with the layout, key facilities and routes around the school in a calm and accessible way.
To make the experience more engaging, we can hide a stuffed animal of the school’s choice in different areas of the virtual tour, each with a letter attached. Students are encouraged to find them all and spell out a word, helping them explore the site while building confidence in their new surroundings.
